RULES:
CHECK IN: from 3 pm until 7 pm | CHECK OUT: until 10 am
- Later Check in: from 7 pm will charge 10,00€ p/hour until 0:00 am;
- Later Check out: half total amount fee will be charge (subject to avalability);
- No pets allowed;
- Guests will be greeted by Holiferias Staff where property keys will be delivered.
HOLIDAYS RENTALS:
PRICES INCLUDED:
- Stay p/night (eletricity and water included);
- Housekeeping: change bath towels and bed sheets (weekly, every 7 nights).
- The Apartments are furnished to receive the maximum number of guests.
PRICE NOT INCLUDED:
- Housekeeping: cleaning and change bath towels and bed sheets daily. If necessary an additional fee will be added.
- Air conditioning has extra fee (30€ p/week).
- Charging eletric cars is not allowed
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Initial payment of 25% (non-refundable) the total amount of the stay, the rest will be paid on the day when arrive in cash;
- 80€ damage deposit required;
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
WINTER RENTALS (MONTHLY)
Minimun: 24 Nights from October - May:

- The Apartments are furnished to receive until 1/2 persons.
PRICE NOT INCLUDED:
- Electricity, Water and Wifi (25€);
- Housekeeping: cleaning and change bath towels and bed sheets daily. If necessary an additional fee will be added.
PAYMENT & CONDITIONS:
- Initial payment of 1st month (non- refundable);
- 2 days before will pay 2nd month + 400€ (damage deposit) or cash on check in day;
- Damage Deposit will cover the final landry and clean after the check out
- Monthly payments and electricity bill will pay every day 1 each month.
