CHECK IN: from 3 pm | CHECK OUT: until 10 am
- Later Check out: half total amount fee will be charge (subject to avalability);
- No pets allowed;
- Guests will be greeted by Holiferias Staff where property keys will be delivered.
HOLIDAYS RENTALS:

- The Apartments are furnished to receive the maximum number of guests.
PRICE NOT INCLUDED:
- Housekeeping: cleaning and change bath towels and bed sheets daily. If necessary an additional fee will be added.
- Airport shuttle: 2000cve (20€ aprox.) one way.
- Visa Entrance: 3400cve (31€ aprox.) p/person
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Initial payment of 50% (non-refundable) the total amount of the stay, the rest will be paid on the day when arrive in cash;
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
